Can I use this if I already have a realtor and loan officer?

Yes. These packages cover move-in planning, home-service coordination, and the listed security installation. You can continue working with your existing real estate and lending team.

Which package includes rekeying?

Rekeying is included only in the $997 Move-In Essentials package. The $1,997 and $2,997 packages include their listed camera installations and do not include rekeying.

Are the doorbell and camera devices included?

We confirm the device models and any equipment charges in your written scope before scheduling. The camera packages include the listed installation and setup labor.

Does the $2,997 package include two cameras total?

It includes installation and setup of one doorbell camera plus two additional cameras: three devices in total.

Can you quote repairs from my inspection report or photos?

Yes. Move-In Ready ($1,997) and Complete Home Concierge ($2,997) include a repair quote based on the inspection report or photos you provide. Share a link with your inquiry, or send the files when our team follows up. Some items may require an onsite visit to confirm scope and pricing. Repair work is priced separately.

Are moving, cleaning, and repair bills included?

The package covers coordination of those services within your service allowance. Their labor, materials, and provider charges are separate and require your approval.

How is the work scheduled?

We review your requested dates, home access, eligible locks or device locations, and any power or Wi-Fi requirements. Availability and the written scope are confirmed before booking. Major wiring changes, lock replacements, extra devices, and ongoing camera subscriptions require a separate quote unless expressly included.
